Throughout the years, orbit has become a proffered supplier for antenna positioning systems for weather radar integration companies worldwide.
Orbit's typical system comprises an antenna/feed, azimuth/elevation pedestal, together with an outdoor controller and a servo which is hosted in a low-loss radome.
The systems support antennas ranging in size from 2.4 to 6.4 meters (8-21ft) and S, C & X frequency bands.
