Due to the fact that we are well aware of the importance of maximum operating uptime, our extensive network of Customer Service Centers ensures rapid response to all calls for assistance. 

Whether holding a company warranty or not, when you are an Orbit customer, you can always contact one of our Customer Service Center or the Orbit Customer Service Department, by phone, fax or e-mail, and receive full assistance.

The Customer Service Centers carry out field functions, such as preventive and corrective maintenance, during the warranty period and later on, within the framework of service contracts, as well as offering per call service. We ensure that spare parts are always available so they can be sent to any site without delay.

Upon delivery of a system, you are informed of the nearest Customer Service Center.
